Privacy for the Bizix public website

When you contact Bizix, we receive the name, email address, inquiry type, and message you submit, along with any company or role information you choose to provide. The form also includes a hidden field used to identify likely automated submissions.

We use an IP address associated with a contact request to apply request limits and help prevent abuse. Our hosting environment and service providers may also process basic technical information needed to deliver the site and handle requests.

We use the information to review and respond to inquiries, understand potential product and research needs, consider closed-beta participation and partnerships, and operate and protect the public website.

The current contact flow sends inquiries through Resend to a Bizix business inbox. It does not create a contact or inquiry record in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Copies may remain in business mailboxes and in systems operated by the email and hosting providers that process the request.

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to handle follow-up, operate and safeguard the public website, and address applicable business or legal needs.

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information handled by the public website. No website, email service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid including confidential, sensitive, or irreplaceable information in a general inquiry.

You may contact us to ask how an inquiry has been handled or to request that information in an inquiry be corrected or deleted. We will review the request based on the records available to us and any obligations that apply.
